Berti’s world

On May 17th, 2013, at 265 W 37th St, New York City, from 7pm-11:30 pm, I ( member of Team Fox) and a group of talented artists of all sorts will be showcasing our work to help raise money for the Michael J Fox Foundation for Parkinson’s Research.  The name of the show will be “Shaking Things Up”, and will be ‘a good time for a good cause!

I am proud of the talented line up of artists who will be exhibiting at the show, which will  include painter Aleksander Betko, fashion designer and illustrator Caroline Berti, jewelry designer Jennifer Elizabeth, author Ondre’ Tokai,  and myself.  I would like to introduce you to some of the artist’s work individually, with today’s post about

Caroline Berti

Designer & Illustrator

Caroline Berti currently works as a Fashion and Costume Designer, and occasionally works in illustration as well.  She received her BFA degree from the Fashion Institute of Technology in Fashion Design, and currently  works and Lives in the Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan.  Her girls and characters are born from a fractured fairytale world she created where anything can happen, and rules do not abide.  She is constantly reinventing her style in both design and illustration.
